The insurance certificate

Most Florida carriers will credit a home for a security system, but they generally require it to be professionally installed and monitored by a central station able to dispatch emergency services — and they ask for a signed certificate before applying it. Self-monitored kits and doorbell cameras usually do not qualify. We issue that certificate the same day we finish, and we will check what your specific carrier allows before you spend anything. Credit amounts vary by carrier and are not guaranteed.
