Our story
My father started this company in 1997.
Starting in 1997, he wired homes and businesses in New York — one at a time, under his own name. There was no call center. If a panel started chirping at eleven at night, the man who answered the phone was the man who had installed it.
I took the company on, formed the Florida company, and moved the work to Cape Coral. The tools came south with us. So did the three rules he ran on:
Quote a fair price to everyone, including the people who would never know the difference.
Show up inside the window you promised.
Honor a warranty without an argument.
That was never a slogan on the side of a truck. It was just how he worked, and it is why the same families called him back year after year.
We still hold our original New York low-voltage license. But we live in Cape Coral now, and this is where we work. When you call, you get the owner. When something goes wrong, you get the owner. That is the whole difference between hiring a family and hiring a franchise.
What we believe
We are a Catholic family, and we are glad to serve our parish and our neighbors here in Cape Coral.
What that means in practice is narrower than you might expect, and more demanding. Nobody is getting preached at in their own home — we are there to do the work you hired us for and then get out of your kitchen. What it means is that you can expect the same conduct from us whether or not anyone is checking: the same number quoted to someone who could not tell the difference, the same care taken in a house nobody is living in, the same answer when the mistake was ours.
Faith is a reason to expect integrity from us. It is not a substitute for the license, the insurance, and work you can inspect.
